Fortnite AR Aim Assist Settings

AR fights are mid-range where aim assist is weaker — but ZenDaddy keeps it active through the whole burst.

Why AR fights are harder on controller

Aim assist is strongest at close range and weakens significantly at mid-to-long range. AR fights happen in the range where aim assist is providing friction (slow-down) but minimal rotational pull. This means controller players need to manually track a moving target at distance — which is where KBM players have a natural advantage.

ZenDaddy's DYN pattern compensates by keeping left-stick movement active at all times, ensuring even the weak long-range rotational assist is continuously triggered. Combined with a lower ADS damp setting, your crosshair moves more freely — letting you make manual corrections — while the pattern keeps the assist layer running.
