Adaptive Triggers
Adaptive triggers create variable resistance on L2/R2. This adds slight latency to trigger presses and can interfere with ZenDaddy's ADS Pulse timing. Disable in PS5 System Settings → Accessories → Controllers → Adaptive Triggers.
Haptic Feedback (Vibration)
Vibration creates physical controller movement during feedback events. This can cause micro-variations in stick position, introducing noise into ZenDaddy's pattern inputs. Disable in Fortnite Settings → Controller → Advanced → Vibration.
Motion Controls (Gyro)
Gyro aim does not stack with aim assist — it replaces it for movement detection. Disable entirely.
Trigger Effect Intensity
In PS5 system settings — set both trigger effect intensity sliders to 0. This removes all adaptive trigger behaviour even in games that enable it by default.
DualSense + Cronus Zen compatibility
DualSense works with Cronus Zen but requires the PS5 Bypass procedure (PS4 DualShock 4 does not need this). The bypass authorizes the Zen on your PS5 system. Once done, the DualSense passes inputs through the Zen normally. ZenDaddy's GPC script then processes and modifies those inputs before they reach the PS5.
DualSense deadzone: ZenDaddy defaults to DZN: 13 (left stick) and DZR: 8 (right stick) on P3, calibrated for DualSense tolerances. If your DualSense has some stick drift, increase DZN slightly.
